Chinese HRC tumbles in Vietnam
Vietnamese hot rolled coil import prices continue to tumble in an overall weak market, Kallanish notes. Chinese-origin 3-12mm thickness SS400/Q195 HRC offers, which plummeted in Vietnam on Tuesday, continue to fall quicker than for re-rolling HRC.
