Chinese HRC producers cut November production

Major hot rolled coil mills in China plan to cut production in November, Kallanish notes from market survey data. Planned export volumes have dropped significantly, but domestic supply has increased slightly. For November the total planned production of HRC at major mills is 8.71 million tonnes, which is -0.72% lower compared with actual output of 8.78mt in October.
