Chinese HRC prices rebound as normal service beckons
Chinese hot rolled coil prices rebounded strongly during last week. Some positive signs of a resumption in domestic work drove up futures prices. Meanwhile, Chinese traders were preferring to bid for imports rather than make offers for export, Kallanish notes.
