Chinese HRC prices keep falling as Festival comes
Chinese domestic hot rolled coil prices continued to fall over the past week, as the market prepared to close for the Chinese New Year. Export offer prices held steady over the week, but the Vietnamese market fell before closing down for Tet, Kallanish notes.
