Lower Chinese offers reduce HRC pricing in GCC
In the Gulf Cooperation Council hot rolled coil market, Chinese suppliers can still offer late-October shipments at lower prices than Japanese and Taiwanese mills, offering late-November shipments. Indian HRC offers are still absent, and the Saudi mill has not invited its buyers to submit their HRC enquiries for November shipment before it announces its November rolling prices, notes Kallanish.
