Chinese energy company develops steelworks in Uganda
Dongsong Energy Group in China's Guangdong province is building a steel plant in the Uganda-China Guangdong Free Zone of International Cooperation in south west of Tororo City in Uganda. The company expects to commission this plant in the first half of 2020, Kallanish notes.
