Nasdaq threatens Chinese firm Sutor with delisting
Chinese steel manufacturing, services and exporting firm Sutor Technologies has been warned that it is in danger of being delisted by US stock exchange Nasdaq, Kallanish understands.
Sutor, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker TOR, has not yet filed its third-quarter earnings statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as required by Nasdaq. It has until December 14 to submit a remediation plan.
