Chinese engineering industry maintains strong second-half growth
The Chinese engineering industry could see industrial added value and total profits both increase by around 8% year-on-year in 2017, according to the China Machinery Industry Federation (CMIF). 94 out of 119 products that it monitors saw production increasing in the first half-year, 45 of which had previously seen output decline.
