Chinese agency discovers iron reserves in South Africa
The Guangxi Provincial Geological Survey Institute of China has assisted the North Cape Province of South Africa to expore rich iron and manganese resources in Postmasburg, Kallanish notes.
The Guangxi agency initially estimated that the newly discovered manganese ore resources were nearly 80 million tonnes, and the iron ore resources in the mining area exceeded 100 million tonnes.
