Chinese coke exports dive further in July
China’s coke exports dived further in July this year, as overseas crude steel output edged down and limited demand, according to data given by the General Administration of Customs.
In July, China exported 643,097 tonnes of coke, which was down 3.2% on-month and 29.1% on-year. This took year-to-date exports to some 4.7 million tonnes, an on-year decrease of 6.5%, Kallanish notes.
