China's wire rod export offers rise, policy loose
Despite the official implementation of a new customs policy on 1 August, Chinese wire rod exporters are still making low-tax offers for carbon steel wire rod. Higher domestic prices meanwhile have also prompted them to hike their export offers from last week, Kallanish notes.
