China's wire rod export prices weaken
China's wire rod export offers have begun to decline as sentiment has been hit by the fall in domestic demand, Kallanish notes.
This week, offers from major alloy-added wire rod producers fell by about $5/tonne from last week. Major northern steel mills' offers were at $515/t fob China. The shipment date for these offers is in November or December.
