Lower Chinese wire rod export prices spur deals
China's wire rod export prices have fallen slightly this week, thereby securing a handful of transactions, Kallanish notes.
On Thursday, 6.5mm diameter mesh-grade wire rod was assessed at $460-465/tonne fob China, down by $2.5/t week-on-week.
