China’s transport infrastructure investment set to boom
China’s investment in transport infrastructure is set to see another sharp increase over 2016-2020, especially if provincial plans for the five-year period are to be believed. The increase should bolster steel demand even as it declines in other sectors but questions still remain as to funding, Kallanish notes.
