China’s steel trade volumes decline, values up

Chinese steel imports and exports both declined on-month in June, but total trade values were up, according to data released by China’s General Administration of Customs. China’s June imports of steel products totalled 791,000 tonnes, down 1.9% month-on-month and 36.8% year-on-year.
