China's stainless steel output, consumption see declines
China's crude stainless steel production and apparent consumption reached 23.63 million tonnes and 20.29mt in the first three quarters of this year, down 5.22% and 4.97% from the same period last year, according to data from the Stainless Steel Council of the China Special Steel Enterprises Association.
