China's Sinosteel starts construction of Bolivia's ESM steelworks
Chinese state-owned steel trader and equipment manufacturer Sinosteel has started construction of a steelmaking complex in Mutún, Bolivia, according to a Puerto Suárez municipality statement monitored by Kallanish.
