China's Shanxi details steel capacity elimination target
Northern China's Shanxi province has recently released its steel capacity elimination plan, according to a provincial government announcement. Three steelmakers with a combined capacity of 2.25 million tonnes/year of steelmaking have been instructed to close completely by the end of this year, Kallanish notes.
