China's scrap prices remain stable with increased supply
Chinese scrap prices have stabilized this week, and the increase in scrap arrivals eased the earlier tight supply.
On Friday, Kallanish assessed Chinese 6mm+ heavy scrap delivered to mills in eastern China's Yangtze River Delta at CNY 3,455/tonne ($530/t) including VAT, unchanged from Thursday and CNY 2/t higher compared with the previous Friday.
