China's scrap declines on less demand

China's scrap market suffered from weak demand due to power curtailments over the last week. Prices fell slightly on-week as a result. On Friday, Kallanish assessed Chinese 6mm+ heavy scrap delivered to mills in eastern China's Yangtze River Delta at CNY 3,791/tonne ($587/t) including VAT.
