Chinese rebar trapped in fluctuation

China's rebar market prices remained flat last week, with lower futures driving weaker trading sentiment. In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 20mm HRB400 rebar was trading at CNY 3,900-3,920/tonne ($545-548/t), stable from a week before, Kallanish assesses.
