China's rebar falls with disappointing economic performance

China's rebar market retreated last week as disappointing economic data dampened trading sentiment. In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 20mm HRB400 rebar was trading at CNY 3,900-3,920/tonne ($548-551/t), down CNY 50/t from last week, Kallanish assesses.
