Chinese rebar declines as anniversary boost fades

The Chinese rebar market fell last week, although China's political celebrations gave some support, Kallanish notes. In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 20mm HRB400 rebar was trading at CNY 4,700-4,720/tonne ($725-728/t), down by CNY 20/t from the week before.
