China's Ping'an Steel exceeds production target
Eastern China's Pingxiang Anyuan Iron & Steel (Ping'an Steel) in Jiangxi province has exceeded its production targets in April and May 2018. Since Chinese steelmakers are enjoying high steelmaking margins this year, they are increasing steel production as much as possible, Kallanish notes.
