China's Longmen to build steel plant in Bangladesh
China’s Longmen Iron & Steel Group and the Shaanxi Hancheng city government signed an agreement on 10 March to build a steel plant in Bangladesh with domestic company Mango Telecom. The three parties will establish a joint venture to run the project, according to the semi-official belt-and-road website CICMT, Kallanish notes.
