China’s Jiuli Metals earnings surge in first half
China’s Zhejiang Jiuli Hi-tech Metals Co., Ltd., a leading listed stainless steel pipe manufacturer, reported strong earnings growth for the first half against the weakness of the whole steel industry, Kallanish learns.
In H1, the company’s operating income and net profit reached CNY 3.76 billion ($513 million) and CNY 712m, surging 26.09% and 40.74% from the same period last year, respectively.
