China’s domestic HRC climbs as exports dwindle
Chinese domestic hot rolled coil prices climbed last week, with mills limiting supply to the market, Kallanish notes. Export markets were largely dead meanwhile as mills would not cut prices with a rising domestic market and their offers were increasingly uncompetitive.
