China’s automotive sector accelerates further
China produced 2.59 million vehicles in October, 17.63% up year-on-year and the second highest monthly figure recorded, according to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). The sector has been the most reliable source of steel demand growth this year other than infrastructure and looks set to remain strong through the end of the year.
