China turns to Southeast Asian steel investment
The Southeast Asian Iron and Steel Institute (Seaisi) says that the clampdown in Chinese steelmaking capacity appears to have coincided with an increase in investment by Chinese companies in steelmaking capacity in Southeast Asia.
