China to post new steel capacity replacement policy
The new version of China’s “Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Iron and Steel Industry” policy document has completed soliciting opinions and revisions. It is currently in the process of finalising its release, Kallanish notes from Xinhua Finance.
