China Steel Corp drops prices for September shipments

Taiwan’s China Steel Corporation is going to lower steel prices for September shipments, the company says in a statement monitored by Kallanish. This is in response to projected lower economic global growth in the third quarter it says. The steelmaker says that it would lower its steel prices by an average of -4% for September shipments.
