Chinese stainless steelmakers plan output reductions
Stainless steelmakers in southern China have seen wide-ranging impacts on production and sales caused by the coronavirus epidemic. They anticipate that orders in March will remain noticeably low. Some have decided to reduce production to limit their outgoings, Kallanish notes.
