China releases winter restrictions for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area
China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment has released its planned restrictions on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the winter of 2020-2021. These focus mainly on the reduction in steel production capacity and the ultra-low emissions transformation, Kallanish notes.
