China releases ninth batch of scrap import quotas
Three companies' ferrous scrap import quotas have been approved in China's Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Centre's ninth batch of waste import list announced on 6 July.
A total of 4,990 tonnes of scrap imports of these three companies were approved, Kallanish notes. This also pushed the 2020 approved quotas up to 16,530t in total.
