China releases 2021-2022 steel sector winter restriction plan
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China have jointly formulated a plan to restrict steel production in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Jingjinji) and its surrounding areas. This applies to winter 2021-2022.
