Chinese government sets plans for 2019-20 environmental restrictions
According to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Chinese government is soliciting opinions on implementing environmental restrictions in several areas from 1 October 2019 to 31 March 2020. The requirements to improve air quality are stricter than last year, but less capacity needs to be shut down, Kallanish notes.
