China releases 2019-2020 winter restriction details for Jingjinji
The Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment has officially released the document of winter restrictions on steelmakers in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei (Jingjinji) and the surrounding areas for winter 2019-2020.
