China solicits opinions on capacity replacement
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China has officially released the draft "Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Iron and Steel Industry," and sought comments from relevant parties. The final version of the measures will be issued before the end of 2020.
