China iron, nickel ore reserves expand
China’s Ministry of Natural Resources has recently released a report titled “2022 China Mineral Resources”, which reveals Chinese iron ore reserves surged in 2021.
In 2021, China had 16.124 billion tonnes of iron ore reserves, surging 48% from the prior year, Kallanish notes. However, the ministry did not make the average grade of iron ore reserves clear.
