China imports more coking coal in November
China's November coking coal imports grew in November month-on-month, although prices declined, attributed mainly to supply from Mongolia. Daily domestic coke production also grew in the same period, even in the off season.
China imported 9.92 million tonnes of coking coal in November, up 26.94% m-o-m and 73.32% year-on-year, according to General Administration of Customs of China. The calculated average price dropped $4.9/t on-month and $47/t on-year to $159/…
