China to fight against US ‘unfair’ trade remedies
China's Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) has raised complaints against three recent US trade cases, including the anti-dumping duties set on discrete plate from China. The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued dumping margins of 68.27% and a subsidy margins of 251% for all Chinese discrete plate producers, Kallanish notes.
