China drives Turkey's October seamless pipe imports decline
Turkey's seamless pipe imports declined -27.3% year-on-year to 12,951 tonnes in October 2016, mainly driven by the fall in sourcing from China, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
The total average value/tonne of these imports fell to $1,068/t from $1,210/t a year ago, TUIK data calculations show.
