China complains to US on stainless AD/CV duties
China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) has reacted strongly to the imposition of US anti-dumping (AD) duties and countervailing duties (CVDs) on stainless steel sheet and strip. The US Department of Commerce has issued final dumping margins of 63.86%-76.64% and coutnervailing margins of 75.6%-190.71% on the product (see Kallanish 3 February).
