China comments on EC AD duties on HRC/plates
China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom) has accused the European Commission of using unfair and improper surrogate country methods to determine fair value for HRC and plate. The EC has imposed duties ranging between 65.1% and 73.7% for heavy plates and 13.2% and 22.6% for hot-rolled coil originating from China, Kallanish notes.
