China approves seventh batch of scrap processors
In early April, the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced a list of 148 companies newly-included in the list of qualified scrap processors. Two of them are stainless steel and special steel scrap processors, Kallanish notes.
The documents published with the list also include a list of companies whose steel processing qualifications have been revoked. 21 companies from 12 provinces in China had their processing qualifications cancelled.
