Chile’s CSH recovers production after delayed furnace restart
Chile’s CAP Group’s steelmaking arm, Compañía Siderúrgica Huachipato (CSH), has resumed operations at its blast furnace No.2, Kallanish notes. The unit was halted at the beginning of February after it had trouble restarting following maintenance works held between 18-20 January.
