Chiho records strong performance in 2021
Hong Kong-registered international scrap firm Chiho Environmental Group (formerly Chiho Tiande) reported a 64% year-on-year growth in its revenue for the full year 2021, and net profit also turned positive, according to its annual report.
Annual revenue reached HKD 21.95 billion ($2.8 billion), of which 64% was contributed by its ferrous business. Net profit meanwhile came to HKD 692 million, compared to losses of HKD 864.2m a year earlier, Kallanish notes.
