Chifeng Zhongtang prepares for full operation
Chifeng Zhongtang Special Steel in China’s Inner Mongolia has put its two 1,450mm hot rolling mills into production, and is preparing for the operation of the whole plant in Ningcheng County. Kallanish learns.
