Chicago to sue US Steel over wastewater spills
he city of Chicago plans to sue US Steel for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act, Kallanish understands.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel announced the move in a press conference Monday, alluding to wastewater spills into the Lake Michigan watershed in both April and October.
