Chengdu Metallurgy begins upgrade project construction
Chengdu Metallurgical Experimental Plant (Chengdu Metallurgy) in Sichuan province has started construction of its capacity replacement and upgrade project, Kallanish notes. China State Construction is in charge of works at the Dayi Economic Development Zone in Chengdu.
